Refunds and Returns Policy for Starovn

At Starovn, we strive to provide high-quality footwear and ensure customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Refunds and Returns Policy explains how you can return products, receive refunds, and the conditions that apply.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for unused and unworn shoes purchased directly from Starovn.com. To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Shoes must be in their original condition (unused, unwashed, and unworn) with all tags and packaging intact.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery are not eligible for return.
- Any promotional items or gifts received with the purchase must also be returned if applicable.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:
- Step 1: Contact our customer support team at support@starovn.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Step 2: Our team will provide you with instructions and the return shipping address. Please do not send the product back without prior authorization.
- Step 3: Pack the shoes securely in their original packaging and include a copy of your purchase receipt.
You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- For defective or incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping costs.
- For change-of-mind or non-defective returns: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fees.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Rejected Refunds: If your return is not in its original condition or does not meet our return policy criteria, the refund will be denied, and the product will be returned to you.
Note: Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return the product for a refund and place a new order.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at support@starovn.com within 7 days of receiving your order with the following information:
- Your order number.
- A description of the defect or issue.
- Clear photos of the product and defect (if applicable).
We will arrange for the return and provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Products purchased on final sale or marked “non-returnable” during promotional events.
- Custom-made or personalized shoes.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@starovn.com if you wish to cancel your order.
